I'm searching to use a list in which the default value of the "title" is column of a table of the sql. For example, in this block, it's writing "Maxime Quentin Nicolas", The default value will be "Maxime Quentin Nicolas". And then, the user isn't required to fill according to his memory.
Is there a solution for that ?

This is what live values are for (the "2" button in your search form or content submission form)! There you can set the live value of the title field to "user" and then in the configuration where it says property* you enter the column heading of your database. For example adding user_username will get the username of the user who is currently logged in.
If you want to get a field that does not relate to the user table, you may need to purchase this plugin which will let you get the value of any table column for any of your content types: http://www.seblod.com/products/2311
