I have a list of a category using the live value in the menu button (cat_id="xx")
My question is if there's a way to use the values of the category used on that search.
For example: I have a category called 2015 with all the articles of this year. Then I have a list with the articles and a I need header with the category values (cat_title, cat_id...)

When you speek about "header with the category values ...", what do you mean ?
Where do you need the category id ? In which view ?
Can you describe a little more your context ?

I have a menu seblod-list&seach with the live/variation cat_id, then in the view it shows the list of a especific category.
I need a way to use the category name and other category fields into that view.

To implement the feature you described, you can define a new search type which display the header as you described.
This search type will search only category and you can add a field "category id" in the search form.
After that, you can define a module "seblod list". this module will display only one result. You can after add the id of the category you want in the live/variation tab in the module configuration.
