Hi there, I'm having some major issues with SEBLOD. I nearly got everything working after 3 days of faffing, then suddenly things inexplicably broke. So far I haven't found my VIP membership to be of any use at all. How frequently can I expect a response? Sometimes a response may be to ask for clarity, if the response is every several days I would be better off paying someone than waiting for support.
