Related Article - in two ways - settings

Dear SEBLOD,

i need some help in setting up a Article Related field.

I have a "company" content type and a "session" content type. In "session" i created a article related field where i can select a related "company".

That works fine - but how can i show the sessions related to this company in the company content type?

Can i use the same Article Related Field? Which settings do i have to do?
