Is there possible to use bootstrap3 in a positon override? I don't find subjet who talk about it and it seems some bootstrap class don't work (e.g .panel .panel-heading etc). Is there a way to load bootstrap with seblod?
My configuration :
Joomla 3.6.4 / protostar template
Seblod 3.10 / seb one template (mainbody override)

You first need to have Joomla template that loads boostrap3 css and javascript, e.g. http://www.masterbootstrap.com, or you need to override boostrap css /js yourself
I currently use the masterbootstrap template but can I custom css (it seems it is not like other template)? All css is loaded by the file bootstrap.min.css but it is wrote in only one line, it is not practice at all. And change the file bootstrap.css also don't work.

you should ask questions about master boostrap on their site, usually templates have an option to load some custom.css
