I am using Joomla 3.3.6 / Seblod 3.4.3 / Seb minima 1.3.0

When I create a position override for mainbody im getting some strange behaviour that didnt happen before the seb minima update. 

The template is showing OK in the front end and I can see all of my H1 tags etc so I know the override is working OK but wherever there is a field being pulled in using

$cck->get('education2')->value;

for example the div i have wrapped this in and the content being pulled in from the db are moved to the foot of the page. If i wrap it in a P tag the element stays in the correct position on the page but something again moves the content outside of the p tag its wrapped in in the template. Its very strange. If I use seb-one it works fine and if i use seb minima with no override it works OK too. This just happens on the overrides. 

Is anyone else having any problems with SebMinima overrides? Ive reinstalled Seblod and seb minima twice now and re-made the form/content but nothing fixes the issue.
