The Feedback app provides your website visitors (guest, non-logged in users included) with a form through which they can submit an enquiry or leave feedback about the website. The app captures basic contact details from the user, as well as giving them a number of options to select a topic area of their feedback / contact request. Each feedback is date-stamped with the current date and time.
Displaying the feedback form
The feedback form can be displayed on its own page using the "get in touch" menu item included in the app installation package. Simply publish a Joomla! menu module using the Feedback App for SEBLOD menu and you will be able to access this page.

Triggering a notification email to a desired email address
By default, the feedback form will send a generic thank you message to the user who submitted an enquiry. You can also add a notification email to a site admin that a new feedback or enquiry has been received. To do so, please follow the steps outlined in the Triggering Emails Manual.

Here you have a contact / feedback form that any website visitor can use to send feedback.
